Danielle D’Alesio is a Mechanical Engineer turned Yoga Instructor. She has been teaching yoga for over 6 years with an emphasis on alignment and improving body posture.
Years ago she struggled with lower back pain. She went to professionals, self studied, took courses and consulted with experts in order to heal. Throughout this journey, she learned so much about the body, importance of posture and ways to improve it.
Now, she brings her scientific/problem solving background to teach the methods she has learned in an easy to understand way. The concepts and exercises she teaches in her workshops and classes can aid students for the rest of their lives.
